  400 Ocean was a nice, clean, new construction with a great location. Very convenient to the pier, dining, Neptune Park, and just a short drive to the beach. My only suggestion would be to change the full size bed to a king size...the bedroom has the room to accommodate it.

  The condo that we stayed in was very new/clean and beautifully decorated! We loved that we were very close to the shops, pier, and lighthouse. We did drive to a different beach just because of preference but the area we were in was beautiful, clean, and appeared safe. We worked with Tina through the management company and she was very helpful and informative about the area.
