  It was a phenomenal stay. Beautiful weather close walking distance to restaurants and the pier. Can't be the price for a new construction rental condo in the heart of SSI! I highly recommend staying at 400 Ocean Suites.

  Condo is clean & decently furnished
  1. no tissues- only 2 paper towels - liquid hand soap would be nice
  2. Tell folks what type of coffee pot you have- it was Keurig, we had to go buy them, I had filters & regular coffee with me
  3. No extra towels or wash cloths

  Stayed 5 nights in February. Easy walk to village shops and restaurants. Unit very clean and well equipped. Comfortable bed , walk-in shower stall , and nicely equipped kitchen ( bring coffee pods).
  Elevator helps with upper units.

  Husband and I arrived late and had no trouble finding the envelope with out room key and instructions. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Our room faced the back of the building so not a great view but we could see the lighthouse for our room. City center was an easy walk away.
