  We stayed for 3 nights in unit 2204 and it was perfect! Unit was new and clean and the mattress was one of the most comfortable of any place we've stayed. It was so convenient to the Village area restaurants and shops--short walk to the pier and lighthouse too. Lisa and Pam with Palmetto were so nice and helpful, both with making the reservation and after we arrived. The water in the pool was perfectly relaxing and we had the pool all to ourselves several times. We'll be back! (Note: odd-numbered units overlook the pool while even-numbered units overlook the back parking lot but have a partial sunset view. Also, the coffeemaker is a Keurig so bring some K-cups with you.)

  We stayed at 400 Ocean Suites and had the most wonderful stay.Although, not real large,it served the purpose perfectly.The newly renovated condo was beautifully decorated, and was so nice with many conveniences such as the stocked kitchen, ceiling fans and the washer and dryer. The linens were fresh and of nice quality. the balcony was accessible from the bedroom and living room. The weather, unfortunately, was too cool to enjoy the pool, but it looked great. The location was awesome - within walking distance to the pier and shops. We were a little confused with the Heating and AC thermostat as well as the alarm system in the condo. Lisa Grimes, Property Mgr.was exceptional. She was super friendly, efficient, and professional! We would definitely love to stay at 400 Ocean Suites again!!
